Vacation Specialist – Professional & Travel-Savvy Customer Care Reps, PT
Vibes Interactive has immediate openings for customer service/reservations agents to answer (and return) incoming calls from customers inquiring about vacation packages, resort accommodations, destination activities, etc. Flexible candidates preferred; must be comfortable with a soft sales approach. Ideal candidates will display a great attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer service in helping customers purchase vacation packages.
Those with experience in leisure travel or hotel reservations will be considered prime candidates, as well as those with travel agent and/or customer service experience. The following skills are a must: professional customer service and excellent verbal communication skills; knowledge of geography; computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to conduct Internet research and the ability to type at least 25 wpm. Part-time position available for evenings and weekends.

Education and/or experience:
Candidates will preferably have at least 1 year of experience working with customers. College education is a plus.
Job Duties:
- Respond to telephone inquiries about resorts, destinations and vacation packages by following standard scripts and procedures. Speak with customers by telephone and provide information pertaining to customer inquiries.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services.
- Utilize selling techniques to meet revenue and conversion goals.
- Meet or exceed daily metrics for call volume, reservations, conversion rate and average talk time.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
